Testament is a scam

Hi guys recently I made a trade with the user testament for an xbox live account with CoD games and maps.
I pay him $15 dollars for the account and he never give me the account.
Here is some proof.

Well after the payment he never replay my message even the one I send him for skype, so I hope that testament give me the account or the admin ban this user.
And guys recommendation even if the person have a lot of vouche that doesn´t mean that they are trustworthy.

Nice evidence there pretty sure he will have to pay up , refund or be banned.
