Can you get banned if someone has proof that you are selling an account

Well some moron just added me on skype and about 10 minutes in I realized this guy was a complete dipshit. I gave him my login name thinking he was just checking the "list of login names not to buy"thread or what not. About 5 minutes later I search up this guys name the he has with his sythe and an rs forum thread comes up with this : http://puu.sh/bHJLD/a9e150e111.jpg . So say if this idiot took a screenshot of the login name that I posted through skype, is there anyway jagex could ban the account? I highly doubt the could or someone could say selling zezima and get him banned. So am I completely safe?

 

Id say you're safe and have nothing to worry about and since its not happening on the game they can't really ban you i guess since not enoguh evidence as any picture can be edited

Jagex doesn't really consider evidence like that from randoms. Your risk is really low unless he is extremely close with a corrupt Jmod.

It's unheard of... Unless you're trying to do it ingame but even then you'll probably only end up muted.

Highly doubt you would get banned from something like that, it seems that he has very minimal proof anyways so I'd say there is nothing to worry about.

I agree that ur chances of being banned are very very low but its not impossiable
