Best Weapon To Use For Range Training?

Whats the best item (knives, arrows, so forth), to cost effectively train range? Only 40 atm, going to 70 just to wear mah pants atm.

 

If you're going for cost effective I would use knives.

 

Cost effectiveness: Iron knives, or Arrows for more welfare.

Fuck it i'm rolling in money: Higher metal knives + cannon

 

bronze arrows and magic bow is what i use (cheapest and decent xp)

 

I used iron knives, but you can also go cannon route.

If you're going cannon though I'd suggest doing slayer at the same time to recover a little cost.

As someone else said higher metal knives would also work.

At 55 slayer you can use Broad Bolts, same price as mith but do the damage of adamant.

Chinning is also good, but not worth it at lower levels. Plus you can't equip the chins if your low anyway.

 

rune arrows and magic short bow inside nightmare-zone is pretty epic xp.

 

I would suggest mithril arrows

 

I used iron knives when I was training, they worked for me.
