Month ago or so my built in keyboard +( I think anyway ) decided to start spamming the plus sign key. I managed to make it only happen when I type a letter, but its still a pain in the ass because I have to edit out them everytime I want to type. If you can get rid of them completely ill pay you $5.

Did you build the laptop yourself or what? Don't understand your first sentence. And is this a mac or windows pc?

+It's a windows 8.1 Asus laptop. Keyboard is not plugged in, still s+p+a+m+s+ the plus sign.

 

Does that happen with external keyboard? If not clean your laptop's keyboard .

I reformatted from Win7 to Win 8.1 and still same thing happened. Even when I was typong in a computer name during the reformat.

Sure seems like a bridge fault in the bus with the plus key. You'd have to find the bridge and break it. It's a physical error if this is the problem. Water damage is normally the cause of this. Even colder rooms with insufficient insulation can cause condensation to build on the interior parts of a pc.

It would be easier to replace the circuit.

 

Yeah, I just want like a script that will edit out every thing while I type or something.
