Which scenario(s) would a pardon not be necessary?

1. A owes b money and is banned until payed off, but takes months to do so.

2. A owes b money for an account recovery that's out of his/her reach, and doesn't pay off the debt until he/she feels like it.

3. A charges back b, c and d's payment. Has an excuse for it, but pays each person back in a timely manner.

 

1. Probably not a pardon, depends how long it takes to pay back, if they take too long the staff may tell them to pardon.

2. If it's an account recov that's out of their hands, fair enough but that will only buy you time. If they take too long to pay back, it's gonna end up being a pardon.

3. I can't think of any valid excuse for charging back aside from scamming, which you would have to pardon.

 

Say I send you $100 and I desperately need $100 buy food or something, so I chargeback like 2 weeks after I sent you the money. Then 2 days later I get a paycheck and send you the money again. Would I have to pardon?

 

All, IMO. In some scenarios staff vote on it if its not clear cut.
