Buying Any 1 Defence Starter pure! $40 Max

Hey guys! I've been wanting to start a 1 defence pure for a while now, i'm just not really interesting in starting from scratch to make one! I'm looking for an account that has a few quests completed and skills leveled.

Quests i am looking for although none are needed are:
Desert treasure
Gnome questline up to Monkey Madness
Animal magnetism and pre-quests to that
Death plateu
Recipe for disaster up to Mithril gloves

Im looking to buy an account with stats of:

70 Range or below
50 Attack or below (must be less then 50 attack)
70 Strength or below
70 Mage or below
1 defence (Anything higher i won't be interested in)

High skilling stats although not needed would be liked on the account. Either way im not too interested in these.

I'm looking to spend around $40 on an account. I am looking to buy it from a trusted user however if you're untrusted I am willing to have a look at the account you're selling.
