Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
I think they're evading as the IP matches in the audits, also both names start with a j (uncommon) and they both contain an m in too!

Also, the posts on both accounts are about RSPS' and in particular Ikov.

Also when jm614 was last active was 30th August, jm614 joins 2 weeks later.

All the evidence sums up that they're the same people, therefore he's a ban evader!
