Anybody using this type of service is dumb. First of all, they are charging a fee to try and 'win' your dispute. Secondly, they are then taking a fee if the appeal is successful. Now let's look at this a a little bit further:

I have an outstanding claim as a seller for the value of a $100. I get in touch with the 'Dispute Firm' who are going to charge me $10 for the service. Now if they are successful, they are going to take a further 25% of the 'money won', which in our case is $25. In total they would be taking $35 from the seller in a $100 dispute.

And for anybody stupid enough to even think about this; they have no better chance than you at winning the claim. Just be clever and take screen shots of skype logs, etc and you will win your case 99% of the time if you are telling the truth.

Also you are advertising a service which in effect is trying to scam others by making 'false claims'. Fuck off! We don't need people like this on these forums and I'm pretty sure it's also against the rules.

 

Obvious market scheme is obvious.
