How good is the Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB LED Mechanical Gaming Keyboard?

I rate it a 9/10, it's amazing i would definitely consider buying one mate, they are great for quality to pricing.

I love the Mechanical Keys and the 104 Key rollover is great, I've always really liked Corsair Keyboards.

 

any other inputs?

 

I thought this keyboard was only just released so there can't be that much in-depth analysis of it.

On top of that it is running Cherry MX Reds - from what I can tell (I'm playing with my Cherry MX Demo Board), they have less tactical feedback than a standard membrane/scissor switch keyboard...

I personally prefer Cherry MX Clears which for some reason NO ONE MAKES.

 

Keyboard is probably good, but just remember mechanical keyboards are LOUD AS FUCK. That's lol I have to say about mechanical keyboards.

 

I used to own the k95.

My friend owns this keyboard and I was looking at it with him,
he says he's never had a problem with it.

I'm using a Blackwidow ultimate at the moment, and I'm loving it.

 

I've heard very good things about the ducky shines.

 

So to go with what Direchampion says - I would agree. They are supposedly the best keyboards out there right now (except they lack the RGB backlighting). I personally would have purchased a Ducky if they had my Cherry's still - they stopped production of it.

I personally am using a WASD (CODE) Keyboard with Cherry MX Clears because it has tactical feedback (a point of slight pressure just prior to activation) to it, but is not as noisy as a Cherry MX Blue or Green (Clears don't -CLICK-) and offer more resistance than a Cherry MX Brown. I have also modified mine with red o-rings so that it bottoms out a little higher (less to press) than normal and noise is dampened slightly. It is back-lit (white) which is nice when using the computer in the dark.

Now while, I love the keyboard to death it feels like it has an issue that would tend to irk people - it randomly hangs on a key and sticks it until another key is pressed (not sure why).

 

When I was looking for a keyboard I did quite a bit of research and ended up going with a CM Storm Quickfire TK. I couldn't be happier with it. A ducky shine would have been my second choice but it was a bit more expensive so I opted out of that. To be honest, Razer products are pieces of shit, over priced and the build quality varies a lot. My friend has a blackwidow and his keys don't feel as clicky and mechanical as mine. Noppoo Keyboards looked quite good, but I think they market themselves more to typists than gamers.
