100% doing something illegal like taking screenshots of your computer while you bot

because there is no fucking way they detect you are logged into a bot, thats not logical. It logs in through their servers...

"Sue Jagex for not letting us cheat on their game". Pretty ludicrous statement, they can do as they want, it's their game. You're probably just being butthurt about being banned for botting. Thread needs closing, there's no argument here.

 

Nothing wrong with taking action even if it is taking screenshots of your botting client.

The only thing i'd consider "outright illegal" was if they take screenshots of your personal computer (invasion of privacy, like when people rat.)
