Account recovering?

Hey guys, so question for you all.
I have an account that has currently been inactive for the past 2-3 years. The person whom owns the account has a reoccurring membership going, but hasn't accessed the account like said, in 2-3 years.
I have the account registered to my email, previously had JAG on it, now the Authenticator.

Would there be any way they'll be able to recover the account? I'm debating to drop the reoccurring membership, and start my own on it.
But, I think that regardless of how secure I have the account, if they're the original owner, and have the login name, they can recover it?

I'd like to play on it as my main, but if it's going to get recovered, then it's a waste of time. Any thoughts guys? Thanks!

Stop the recurring membership.

Why?

1. The person can chargeback the membership payment and leave your account with negative J coins.

2. They can use the recurring membership in their favor when attempting to recover the account. (This means billing details)

3. It's wrong.

 

No, I had purchased the account a while back, haven't used it due to quitting RS for a period of time.

*Edit- Won't they get an email stating that their membership for Runescape has been terminated?

 

End of the day regardless of if they get an email unless they sold you the account he is totally entitled to it. Just because this is a black market site it doesn't mean it is full of crooks and criminals who agree with taking something that doesn't belong to you. Infact it is the complete opposite even you keeping his membership on the account is wrong.

 

You obviously haven't read above, I disabled the membership.
I'm just curious to know if he will receive an email as a confirmation, basically..
