What do you mean by "not full access" and "semi-inactive"?

So like semi inactive is like when the orginal owner didnt play a game since like 2weeks or so

And full access is where i give you the email + pass so you can change the info

And not full access means you cant change any info.

as everyone know scammed, hacked or psh'ed accounts are not to be sold on sythe. Please refrain from buying anymore accounts as they are stolen and recoverable by the original owner

 

I never scammed any of these accounts my friends dont care if other people use it for a bit so if you just need a temp alt for a few days if you want

 

So technically these are not full ownership accounts which means you aren't allowed to sell them.
