    Don't really understand what you meant by that lol. It's hard to keep a regular diet because what seems like a lot to others, seems like barely anything portion wise to me.

    That's a straw-man argument. Your goal is to stimulate an after burn effect, and doing heavy compound movement achieves that goal.

    I have this same issue. I can eat 12 oz of chicken and immediately after still be able to devour anything in site. You're best bet is to try and find things that are filling. Salads with certain dressings and other vegetables are an excellent choice (depending on what they are) because they macronutrient values are not out of this world and you can eat a lot of them. I simply use a lite ceasar dressing with an entire bag of salad and 12 oz of chicken for a meal that is 6g fat 20g carbs and around 100g protein.
