juizeking13 - and all of his other accounts

The user juizeking13 contacted me on skype via his skype "johnny.smith467"
Proof that juizeking13's skype is "johnny.smith467" here.

I originally added him to enquire about servicing on one of my accounts. But that never happened.

As you can see in the skype convo, he asked me to make a tribot account so that I could fake vouch him over there - pretty sure this is against sythe rules at this point, but if not there is proof of other rule breaking below.

By using (google cache - similar to web.archive.org) I could see that the edit the user made to this post http://www.sythe.org/13699432-post1.html was to change the skype posted from "johnny.smith467" to what it is now "imakeaccounts" The user currently has a Trade With Caution, and this is obvious proof that it is the same user as juizeking13.

There could be other rule breaking by him that can be found by googling around, this is all I have time for so I hope it is enough/a good start, thanks.
