Requesting At Least a TWC (Or Ban)

Right after I ordered powerleveling/a quest from these 2 guys, I got banned the same day. They claimed hand-leveled and recompensation but, now "Adam" is denying it, stating it was only valid if I purchased something. (They were doing it free for now). I'm trying to either get a ban or at least a twc. Thanks.

I agreed to reimburse him if something were to happen during the paid service I would start however no payment was granted.

UPDATE! ADAM HAS RECEIVED ANOTHER SCAMMING REPORT BY ANOTHER USER FOR SCAMMING 100M RSGP. HE HAS RECENTLY BLOCKED ME ON SKYPE AS WELL. PLEASE BAN THIS USER. HE HAS 2 OPEN SCAM CASES.

 

Banned adam for another report. Is this report directed at both him and Jon or just him?

 

Not sure. Had Jon do a quest for me and Adam leveled it after. It's up to you if you want to ban Jon. I have no proof of him doing anything wrong. Your choice.
