I kind of doubt it. The one I had was many games played + had skins bought. Seemed in every way legitimate. Was not a simple run-of-the-mill fresh lv 30 cheese account.

You can crack accounts with wins and skins...Cracking is testing passwords until you get the correct one for an account. Basically hacking, but a little different. They can have massive amounts of skins/games played. Doesn't matter. It's shady that he's says "It's a gamble", which means he is just getting random accounts and selling them cheap...
