Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
So I was investigating the voucher who claimed that Battleborn had successfully boosted his account (Linkstoc) It turns out, almost all posts made by each account are similar, either trying to sell/buy Ikov GP or sell a League Account with exactly 20 champions.

Before Battleborn got banned, he was selling an unranked account with 20 champions. He also asked stricken to do his placement games, and I believe stricken may or may not have completed his games.
