omgpop scammed me

Firstly, if you need any other proof ontop of this let me know and ill try and provide it.

Basically, i was trading 15m for a $45 moneypak which shine20078 was going to redeem and give me $40 worth of bitcoin for. I stupidly agreed that i would go first for 7.5m then he was meant to give me the $45 moneypak so shine could redeem it, then i would give him the other 7.5m when this was done.
First, he sent me a code which was 20 characters long which shine said it was only meant to be 16, then he sent me a 16 character one which shine also said does not work.
He also refuses to send me a picture of the moneypak as proof that it was a real code, so omgpop is the scammer for sure.
