Disconnecting & Slow load times via Wireless Connection

I disconnect 5 times a day on my wireless connection, also the load times are horrid when it clearly says excellent strength. This has been going on for the past month and it's annoying me.. I have N600 Netgear dual brand router.

Any would would be amazing, thanks.

 

Is it safe to assume you have restarted the router?

 

I factory reset the router and everything seems to be fine so far

 

i have this problem aswell :S i resetted my router(unplug-plug in) and still getting it

 

Restart the computer?

 

I'm going to guess you have a 802.11n frequency it's very unreliable and unpredictable upgrade your router to 802.11ac

 

Ring up your Internet Service Provider, you may try that or restart it? I think that would be the best solution.
