Account Hacked, Need Help Please!

I quit runescape for a while, but now I am interested in playing again. Something very odd has happened, my accounts password has not been changed, but my email address, jag, and phone authentication have been changed so I can no longer access/change anything on the account? How to I go about disabling all of this, the hacker changed my email address, and enabled a phone authenticator on my account and I have access to neither so I cannot change my password/ recover my account. What can I do to get control of my account again?

 

Gotta know your first password or they WILL NOT give you your account.

Sadly i got fucked out of my old accounts because of this.

My problem isnt necessarily recovering my account, it's getting all of the bs authenticator/hackers email off my account so I can log in.

 

Oh that is very easy, just send them a email.

 

yeah, finally found their support email after like 15 minutes of searching and sent them an email, should have my account under my control in no time now.
