[Admin] Gielinor

Hi there, this thread is a continuation of the ongoing dispute case regarding my account "Gielinor".

I was told by Unb4nn3d to compile all my evidence into one thread and tag the admins so that it is easier for you to look at.

Towards the end of July 2014, I changed my password on Sythe due security concerns, around 48-72 hours later I was presented with the following message upon logging in:

I did not create this thread - my last post on my account was *I believe* a vouch for a bond that I bought around a week prior to this whole event. This lead me to believe I had been hacked.

I created two dispute threads on the 3rd and 4th August 2014, and was informed that a pardon request had already been posted on my behalf on 2nd August. (all threads are dated and linked below). The pardon request created on 2nd August 2014 was not created by me.

My IP Address: 86.14.21.xx
My only Skype: harmfulrs
The hacker/imposters Skype: gielinorskype (taken from the offending thread)

I would like to link my last legitimate post made on my account to this thread but am unable to do so unless I make another account, I hope you can find it easily.

I am getting very frustrated that this case is taking so long to resolve after being informed numerous times by staff that they were looking into the issue. I understand that you are all very busy and am willing to wait a little longer but expect more of such a large community focused market.

I was around during the time this situation occurred. I noticed a discrepancy between the IP's for the dispute you posted and the pardon that was active at the same time. After looking through the previous posts and the information you've listed above, I've deduced that you were most likely hacked (this is not based on my initial assumption).

As a result, I will request an unban. However, in order to do so, I need you to provide an e-mail to be changed on the account to ensure you will be in control of it once unbanned.

Also, I recommend adding 2-factor authentication on your account so this situation won't occur in the future.
