    Tried one of their WoW keys that I traded 50 mil RSGP for, they got the gold, and gave me a key for WoW. Tried the WoW key and it said that it's been used already. I go to live chat and the lady gives me a key that's slightly different with one number changed, yet she sent me a picture.

    Now that it didn't work, she says she has to email blizzard and see when the key was used, and that I have to wait 2 days to get my key. I would not recommend them at all. This is their business that's been running since 2009!

    Hello desecration28 ,

    We apologize for what happened .She thought you mistook with one of the number on the key we sent you so she rewrote the number again to you , just to find out she read it wrong not you . We sell keys a lot everyday and this barely happen.Because all our keys are brand new and never used before except we sometimes mistook with our stock.So we can't just send you a new key without finding our when the key was used and under what account. Otherwise it would be a mess if everyone claims their key has been used . I am really sorry for the inconvenience .We have already contacted blizzard to check the key , so please kindly wait for 1-3 days , and we will surely resend you a new key if the key was used before we sent you . Thanks a lot for your understanding !

    So meanwhile you go off and sell my gold I'm supposed to wait 2-3 days to hopefully get another key? Then if you come back and say it was used already today then I'm screwed out of my 50mil and I waited 2 extra days? I just shouldn't have went first at all, this was not at all what I wanted to deal with today, I should have just bought the key.

    We go off because we need to rest sometimes . We had never scammed people before ,nor will we scam your 50m . We just need a bit time to check with blizzard about the key , and we will come with proof if blizzard say it was claimed after we sent it to you . If it was before then we will send you a new one. But before that we can't do anything , thank you for your understanding .
