Pardon for Scamming

Dave has told me to post a pardon in regards to me "scamming" someone on Sythe. I believe it was a total misunderstanding as I was in school on that particular day and the Internet was down, as quoted by this thread I made explaining the situation: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1749297-quoting-dave-my-ban.html

It was a total misunderstanding in the sense that the guy was unable to wait for me to get back to him while my Internet was down, and straightaway chargebacked and posted a scam report on me on Sythe.

However, I didn't refund him through PP because I felt the need to explain myself because whatever happened was out of my control, and I didn't expect it to happen. Here's a few pictures of me trying to contact him through PP the first time, and him not replying in PP.

However, two days after I posted my Dispute Ban thread on Sythe, PayPal went ahead to refund the money for me, just like I said I would do. I told the guy on PP that I'd refund or deliver the account to him whenever possible.

It was a case of misunderstanding and miscommunication here. I was unable to respond to him anywhere, and it's really unfortunate that he wasn't able to wait for me. I understand that it's a big sum of money, but the situation was out of my control because my Internet was really down at that point of time. So, I hope that this is a big enough reason for me to get unbanned because his money has been refunded like I said I would, and also, I can promise it won't happen again. Thanks!
