Weirdest habit you have?

What's the weirdest habit you have that you know you have but you can't stop because it's a habit and because you know it's weird?

 

Sythe checking

 

I touch my face when I get uncomfortable. Usually when a girl starts staring at me or something.

 

Rubbing ears. I play with my Fiances all the time. And when I get nervous I tend to rub mine too.

 

I play with my ears and itch the inside with pencils/pens lol!

 

I scratch my balls in public and don't care.

 

Ocd about how clean my house is

 

Mind going into detail? I just doubt it.

I fall into more than 1 category of OCD, guess those are my habits, so I'll leave you guys to guess which ones.

 

i spend at least 1hour a day cleaning my house and i live by myself i wash my floors at least 5 times a week and wash my dishes right after im done eating i have a dish washer but never use it because i wash any dishes or cook wear right after im done.

 

I sit indian style/criss cross applesauce (S/O Mrs. Bayless) whenever possible. Sometimes even in chairs. Its just more comfortable to me.

 

Always closing doors and checking to see if there is anything behind the shower curtain.

Horror movies fucked me up as a child.

 

Just incase.

 

Checking 100 times to make sure im not botting defense on runescape.

 

I very often chat to myself in Japanese. Like, if I'm wondering about for example, where to find a certain ingredient, I literally just say aloud

"aa, doko de kaeru kana... dou darou. machi ni ikou ka"

Whenever I want something to happen I usually say "I will do this this and this, and if this goes well then the thing that I wanted will happen" , several other shit but I am not going to post them here.

 

I do these.

Also I read every receipt I get anywhere ever. It's cool when you notice that they fucked up and you can reconcile it, but that's not even my reasoning. I just kinda do it because I like to.

Whenever I get a soft drink from somewhere, I let the soda fountain run for a second or two before I put my cup under it. Don't ask why, I just always get a gut feeling I should do that whenever I fill up my soft drinks.

I hold Xbox controllers "claw" style and use Legacy Southpaw even though I'm not left handed or anything.

I could post these all day, I have a bunch of dumb quirks.

i used to have that as well in high school.
its a manifestation of social anxiety.
i did it most of the time i had to speak with strangers for a long time.
