Star_Scream - 2 factor

I traded in my phone to t mobile in march, I forgot to get a back up code to switch it. I've been locked out of my account ever since. I need to get 2-step removed from my account but it seems no matter how many threads I make, no one will help.

Everything has remained the same, my pass I know, is still the same. My ISP as well as my geolocation is the same. So I don't see why it's still not removed.
