95m is $48 fucking dollars. If I'm trying to donate to this site because I appreciate it and want to support it, why do I have to pay almost double and his explanation is that he has the right to charge more since he's a bond holder.

I personally think that if you want to help the Sythe community out it should be done for free and for the exact amount or maybe a bit more for your 5 minute hassle. But not almost double the fucking donation.

I'd also like to point out that I'm not personally attacking this specific bond holder since all of them charge extra (don't know if it's a shit ton like this) for a simple service, he was just the first one to respond...

I don't quite understand why they use this bond holder thing other than those people wanted to make some $$$ off of donations with sythe and Matthew seems to be offline quite often and doesn't check in often enough to handle it solo.

its not double, i sell to major gold sellers who pay alot less then what you value gold at, that way they make money. Major gold buyers don't ever chargeback. That way its safe for me.

Oh trust me people have done it, They buy like $100 or $200 donor, get there rank, and then they scam, people for alot more.

 

I donated through violent last year, and he literally charged me like 1.50$ haha.

 

Trust me, I understand chargebacks but he's not providing something I can resell or run off with and steal. I'm trying to help the site out LOL.


As I said in my first post, if you want to be a bond holder and help the Sythe community out by giving Sythe more donations, you shouldn't be charging an insane amount. I personally believe it to be a privilege to be a bond holder and you should use it as a sign of respect, not an advantage to milk people.

If it's a PP donation I think it should be just enough to cover the cost and possibly a tad extra (you're spending max 5 minutes doing this shit it's not like you should be paid $10 for 5 minutes when there's literally no one else that can do it). For example $5 would give an extra $1 to bond holder, $25 extra maybe $2, $50 maybe $3. Personally it should just cover the charges and maybe the rest should be treated as a tip. In RSGP respects it should be treated the exact same and just convert it using the current RSGP market trends.

 

Make it example a base rate of 5$?
Want to donate 25$? pay 30$ worth of rsgp at current rates
Want to donate 100$? pay 105$ at current rates.

Not, "Want to pay 25$? Pay 50$ in current rates"

Agreed there are other Bond Holders out there, im not the only one, if a user doesn't like my price, then don't use me, use another bond holder.
