Reporting an old scammer

Here's our conversation going on and then suddenly it takes long with sending pictures of his PayPal balance as stated in our conversation. So I basically find something fishy, either I fucked up his plan to scam me or he's just looking for a new method. Then I find out the following: ( Keep an eye on his SKYPE name)

He has been banned 2 times before or maybe even more..

His vouche is with only 2 legitemate persons and all other are new ones with 1/0 posts. (no hard proof here though).

Then I did find his IP:


And resulted in:


Then suddenly he decided to delete his reply on my thread. Because I always ask for a reply in my thread first to confirm the person I am selling to. Stupidly enough he replied back to me:


Which resulted into:

Look at the time and date and you can see he posted again after our conversation and he confirms he replied first and then he deleted it.

Hope this is enough if you need more information do no hesitate to contact me. A ban on his IP would be preferred so he can get away from Sythe for ones and for all. It's only bad reputation for the Sythe community.
