MisterYebbah - Paid him for powerleveling and did not deliver

Hi,

I didn't want to post a scam report today as I really just wanted my levels done that I paid for. But I ordered it and it's been 3 days since the date I ordered it 8/14 and he has not gained a single exp on my account. I ordered 80-95 dung from him for 50usd total. I paid him 25 upfront and it was agreed I paid him the rest when he was done. After 2 days I was getting frustrated he still hadn't even attempted to level my account or gained a single exp on it, yet alone start on any of the levels I paid him to do.

He started to respond less and less to my messages and I decided to ask Mods Zuzel and Ryan for advice, both told me to post this here. I reviewed with him his options by saying what the mods have told me to do on skype. He did not respond.

The pics are in order from when they happened of me paying him and him saying he'll start and then farther down in the album pics are of the conversation / chat I sent him on Skype today.

Would appreciate most if he would just realize that treating someone who paid him to do skilling service like this is rude. He wasted my time for three days saying that he would do my levels but never did. It is now basically impossible as it's almost the 18th and as doing 80-95 dung in less than a day is close to impossible. I would have given him extra time if he would have atleast started to get my levels but he did not. I would still like to have my levels done and I could finish the trade and pay him the extra half.

I presented him with the ultimatum in the picture above
"1. Finish my order / start it, like we agreed to.
2. Refund me what I paid
3. Refuse to refund me and get banned until you do."

He did not respond to this, and still has not yet. Leaving me really no other choice.

It seems pretty lame for a 25 usd donator to scam on a 50 usd trade, and seems even more illogical to scam when he had only even received 25 of it. Can't really see why he would do this. But it's been 3 days since I ordered from him and he has not gained any exp or levels on my account or even started it. There's not really any explanation as he has barely said anything to me on skype.

If he refunds me then fine, but I am still honestly very very displeased that he wasted 3 days of my time while I was waiting and hoping for him to start on what I paid him to do. I could have used someone else. Terrible communication.

If he still doesn't reply to anything I've sent him I would really like a ban. He's wasted so much of my time... :/

The best would be if he could just start on my levels now and finish them. I would still pay him the rest if he finished them in a REASONABLE TIME, like we agreed to. Maybe the scam report can make him realize it's shitty to treat your paying customer like this, to have them buy something from you and not even start to work on getting it to them 3 days later.

Terrible communication, terrible transaction. Overall sucked. Hoping he can turn it around. At the beginning he seemed like a pretty cool guy.

If not then I guess he deserves to be banned.

He replied just after that and said this, though he didn't really commit to anything or say he would start on my levels. And he didn't either.

I am sorry it had to come this. Seemed like you were a trustworthy pretty cool dude but you don't respond to what I write you, don't give me reasons for anything and claim you will start on my order but never have. It's the 18th now basically. Zuzel says it's near impossible for you to get it in a day and from that you can tell its probably bullshit. Fucking shame this is.

Honestly I would cancel the report or whatever if you just would start on my order dude, and do the levels like we agreed on. That's all I want... I don't want you banned or anything I'd rather have you do my levels in a reasonable amount of time like you said you would. I asked them if it was still possible for you to start and finish it on the 19th now and they said it was very unlikely and I should just post a report. So thats what I did. I would rather just have you get my levels and finish the trade and then you can get the rest of your money for doing it.

I understand if you want to spend time with your gf because she's gonna leave soon, thats not unreasonable. I can't know when you are going to level on my account and not gaining a single exp without explaiation 3 days after I paid you is scary lol. If you can make a plan and tell me like "I need to spend time with my gf now because I won't see her again but I am going to work on your account on monday and tuesday" then I would have been fine with that. Or if you tell me like "hey I have to do this now I won't be able to start until sunday" etc. and then you gained some exp/levels on sunday I wouldn't be worried at all. But saying you are going to do it in an hour and then not doing it for three days without any explaination, you can understand why I would be worried yes? I can't know any of these things unless you tell me them.

I have now given up, requested a refund from him. He has not replied yet. Would like to see a ban until he refunds me.

 

Still no refund. I've told him I ONLY want a paypal or GP refund. No reply yet

 

Need some help from an admin or mod. He's not going to do anything or ever give me a refund if I just keep asking him.

He told me I did not have to post it in his thread, simply reply to his PM. As you can see though the message sent to me from his skype (the "forum" he asked me to fill out and reply to when I was pm'd it) is the same in the pic of our skype as it is in the in the pic of the pm I posted here (and in the imgur album).

That is the proof of the order, I can get a PayPal screenshot of me sending money to his paypal too if you require it. But I think the pictures I have are more than enough for proof if you at all of our conversations in the imgur album.

He is honestly not a bad guy at all but he did not communicate with me at all, and as his customer having paid him to do a service that he never did, I was very displeased and disappointed. I don't mean to request him banned but if cannot pay me back in a paypal refund (which he has not made an attempt to so far, and has pretty much dodged my questions when I ask him for a refund) then I think it right that he should be, because it is not right to have someone pay for a service and then make no effort to do it at all and not refund them.
