Someone explain middleman

New to this site just wondering what Is a middleman and how do I know I can trust them

 

Middleman is a link between trades by a trusted user to ensure safety.

Eg, you're selling an an account, buy the buyer doesn't want to go first and neither do you.

A middleman comes along you both trust, he receives the payment from the buyer and works with you to secure the account to the buyer. once all is changed he pays you the money the buyer game him.

You can only be the one who deem if a person is trusted or not. Usually by looking through his vouches,

 

Usually official middlemans are the ones you should trust more, although the downside is you have to pay a fee to use them.

Ideally, the middleman facilitates the trade. Lets say you were buying RSGP.

The trade procedure would go as followed:

- The seller will hand the RSGP over to the middleman
- The buyer will then send the money to the seller
- The seller will confirm when he receives the money
- The middleman will then send the gold over to the buyer
- Trade is complete, vouches will be given out

 

Won't the middle man have a better chance of scamming both of us then

 

hence why you have to verify who you're trading with.

 

Say his really trusted then scams me what do I do and do I get a refund

 

he will get perm banned.
if he ever thinks about coming back he will have to pay you back.
