You only bought 60m, thats not much at all, so your chances are very very low already. Also, I have had people say that are reporting me ~20 times or so, and nothing happened. So I wouldn't worry about it, unless he does something extreme like email jagex or contact them on twitter your chances of getting banned are very low.

Yeah as evil said it is only 60m so you have a really low chance of getting banned, and hes most likely trolling/if he sends in a "report abuse" im not even sure if it will get looked at, so really no need to worry.

 

I think report abuse is only looked at by a script and for the more complicated reports other than offensive language ect you have to ask a J Mod personally to go back and look at it for evidence.

 

Don't worry about it unless you're selling really. Buying isn't banned too often.
