False. It's against the law because when you accept the terms of service when you register your account, it says you agree that you will follow the RuneScape rules.

Here I'll set it straight.

If Jagex catches you selling runescape gp your account will simply be banned and everyone gets to go home. But if your a huge threat to the runescape encomomy(say your selling 100,000m for $1.00 Each then they may take some action. As well as sueing someone because they reversed a payment of Pixels is ludacris. Simply because you didnt loose anything but Gp.

Dont consider this Spamming or Flamming because its not.
