    Buying 99 Fishing or Hunting Skiller! Info in description.
    Hey guys, i'm looking for a level 3 with 99 fishing or Hunter.
    Most likely turning into obby mauler, but would like 99 Fishing/Hunt as a start.

    Some things I would like if possible:

    1 Attack, Defence & Prayer.
    Low cb is better, as I would like to build the account ground up.
    Paying with 07gp, or paypal.

    The cheaper it is, the better. :p
    If needed, I will pay for a middleman.
