Riots/Looting/Arson in Missouri

In response to a police-involved death (allegedly self-defence), riots, vandalism, and looting has erupted in Ferguson Missouri. News footage shows people breaking into various businesses, looting rims from tire stores, hair extensions from boutiques, athletic shoes from sports supply stores, alcohol from liquor stores, etc.

 

I remember when this happened in London. It's stupid because they're damaging innocent people's lives and only hurting themselves and their local area.

 

Maybe this will wake the right people up.

I cant recall any other riots like these since Rodney King.

 

Oscar Grant, the whole "occupy Wall St." movement, Treyvon Martin (both before and after the acquital verdict) etc.

 

Looters don't really give a shit about the dead teenager. They're scum.

 

Just send the military in to control it. That would stop it real quick

 

There have been more involved riots in the past, after Rodney King, they take place in more ghetto areas and don't gain national coverage.

OT: I'm not a racist by all means but Ferguson has a high black population. Given the circumstances something like this seems inevitable.

 

Those were all pretty small time in comparison to the rodney king riots. Come to think of it so do these in Missouri. Still pretty crazy, look at the reports sneakers and rims.

Yeah man, fucking scrotes of London and the surrounding housing estates / poor areas just used it as an excuse to be cunts. They didn't give a fuck about Mark Duggan.
What's sad is I used to live in Croydon, one of the main centres of the violence and Reeves corner used to be a well known location, though some say there was a bit of an insurance scam regarding that one.

 

Yeah I remember the London riots, they only seem like yestedday. I was pretty near Croydon on one of the nights, it was a long street with police on one end and a load of chavs on the other throwing bricks at our end.

Riots like this are just stupid to hell. Most of the people don't care about what's actually happened, they just want a scrap and to do some looting. They're looting shops and such that had nothing to do with what happened to piss people off in the first place...

Let them have their "fun", they won't be laughing when police drag them out of their houses in a week or so and they have a lovely criminal record for their future careers.

Weird how things like this happen on some occasions, but in others, people just get movies made about them (the high road is taken, in other words; Oscar Grant [Fruitvale Station]).

 

Something tells me that the people who are doing the looting and shooting don't have careers or future careers...
