Paid $20 via paypal, and haven't recieved the GP from user so far. Says that he's selected a refund as he believes that i sent as payment for goods/services, however I didn't. He's also offline on skype, now.

For the time being i'd warn against trading with him, suspected scam for paypal, and he's now offline on skype, not sure if genuine or blocked.

 

I also have paid 38 dollars, haven't recieved payment, he said he was "going to his brothers to get details for a mule he made under his brothers IP"

said he would be less than 15 minutes, it has been about 30, he has been offline on skype for about 30 minutes, probably blocked me and this wed guy.

It is still possible that he has not scammed but trade with caution, as I believe he has. Will post a formal scam report if have not received payment within the next 30 minutes.
