The only valid pm verification is before the trade.
Not day before it,not 5 hours before it.
Since you can be hacked anytime,the only valid verification is right before trade like always.
That's why everyone has msg on is signature: "Always request pm BEFORE TRADE" not day before or hours before it...
Screened pm saying the msg was TODAY means nothing if the trade is after few hours,or the user just keep the screen and use it days later,but the pm keep saying today.
That's why i requested screens with date and etc.
I had situation with rskingp which his skype was hacked in middle of trade and i know what i am talking about.

 

You're trying to argue semantics, which bears no weight when referencing the rules of Sythe.org.

Contradictory statement. The PM's were received before the trade commenced while actively engaged in conversation on Skype, by which users were scammed after receiving verification via PM. This falls within the guidelines of the rules. Ergo, the reports I've re-investigated for the 3rd time are valid.

If someone scams me 'today' and I post a report a week later, the date listed on the PM won't be 'today'. All of the reports I've listed had PM's which matched conversation(s) the users were engaged in on Skype. The users were then scammed as a result of verification through Sythe PM's, which yet again falls within the guidelines of Sythe.org requiring reimbursement to be unbanned.

This is nowhere near the same situation. Your Skype/Sythe/PayPal/everything were compromised for more than hours. The hacking(s) took place before the scams occurred, not during.

you are total ignorant and telling things which have nothing to do with the case,and also obviously u are not familiar with it at all.

i won't take any suggestions,advices or anything based on my dispute from a person who defend scammer and get back to me with questions trying to make me look bad when i was scammed 2-3 weeks ago.

NONE of the reports have PM VERIFICATION before the trade but the 500m rs3 gold scam.
if u are blind or can't realize it,search for professional help from specialist.

Coinking, while I understand your frustrations can we please keep the personal arguments aside from this. From what I'm seeing you're taking this extremely personally when it doesn't have to be. Unb4nn3d is doing exactly as he's supposed to as staff here on Sythe and whether or not you agree with that it is his job.

That being said, Unb3nn4d has stepped back from this report while the other staff and I look at the reports that you do not agree with. Please move forward with the refunding of the reports that you have found to be valid in your own research. I'd like you to obviously provide full proof of the refunds so we can stay on top of things.
