[Zuzel111] Oak23s ban

I was claimed as a ban evader. THERE IS A MASSIVE COINCIDENCE that a previous user whose email was tomsythe was a scammer of a Runescape account similar to mine. Even check IP's or countries. I'm from Australia, I'm sure he isn't. Also, the only valid argument the user who reported me was that the email was the same. My skype address is Tomsythe, while the scammers email address was tomsythe.live. I AM NOT THIS PERSON. You can check the email address I signed up to skype. Other than that, I can give other proof to show that I am not tom5767, just tell me what I have to provide. It is a huge coinicidece that my skype name is the same as the scammers.
