Are bans for botting instant?

No. Jagex does random ban intervals. This is so that you will not know what caused your bot to be detected. Intervals can be a day, a few days, even a couple weeks depending on the situation.

 

Ban waves are random, theres no way of knowing when it will appear

 

Wouldn't be smart to instaban everyone who is caught botting. Jagex are slimy people, sometimes they will wait until you extend your subscription with them to ban you. Everything is viewed in a profitable perspective.

 

Botting = deathwish.

It's rare, and hard to distinguish between getting caught at a later time and being hit with a shorter timer.

not all bans are delayed, some known scripts will get you banned within hours.

 

100% random, some bans are delayed, some are instant.

 

Usually, they log you out and then you're like shit...
I just got banned....

 

I wouldn't recommend botting in eoc or 07, waste of a bond(if you make the account members) due to the fact most free botting scripts get you banned after about 15 minutes of use.
