Two Factor Authentication now available

If I use this, would I have to go through the entire login process every time I go to sythe?

 

No, just set your Sythe account to remember me, and then you will only have to use your two factor when you are on another device other than the computer you are remembering your account on.

 

Thanks. It still doesn't work though, keeps saying it's the wrong code. I've got about 6 codes showing up on my phone, sythe.org, sythe.org (1), etc.

Time on phone and on sythe is the same (thought that was the problem at first)

I've seen several people with a lock and a "2" as a user icon. I assume this is for activating this system. I have recently activated it, and was wondering if I was eligible to obtain this user icon? and if not, what requirements I would need to meet. Thanks

 

I am having problems with this.

I scan the code using Google Authenticator App from the google play store. I get the 6 digit code, I enter it but it says invalid?

Has happened to me twice and is a bit frustrating. Anyone having the same problems?

 

You have a certain amount of time to enter in the code, otherwise it'll refresh and give you a new one. Make sure you log in quickly.

 

Also, set your device to automatically update the time rather than manually set it.
As the codes expire every 30 seconds, the time should match perfectly for the app to work.

 

I know that, Ive used G auth before for runescape. But this isn't working for me here...
