Explanation of the trade: I was buying 4.5b Ikov off him for $10 USD
How they scammed: He was selling to someone else at the moment and that guy got him banned on Ikov and he couldn't give gold. I vidded the whole thing which i will be posting in which that other guy on Ikov was staff saying that he wouldn't logon since he was banned. This kid Highriser21 then said he wanted the video and he'll refund me I gave him it via skype and there was no viruses but he was like upload it on youtube which takes like 4 hours.. Then he told me he was eating and then logged off.

So thats my scam report I filed a chargeback on paypal so hopefully ill get my cash back or he'll refund me which probably wont happen now. I hope he gets banned im going to be uploading a video of how he scammed me how i sent the cash and the other guy who was staff who got him banned.

Btw can i just upload the file here so you guys can download it or do i have to upload it to youtube or dailymotion? Im trying to upload it but wait time is 4 hours at the moment anyone know a faster way to upload videos? Its 4 mins long.

Thanks Please Ban This Kid Not my fault he lost his bank from being banned by staff on Ikov im not the staff that banned him and deserve a refund which he should give me or he should lose his account
