Two ways of trading the name over to your account:
(risky) You log into it, add $10 of RP, and change the name, then quickly on your other client change your name. This is risky though since it leaves a small window.
(safe) Add $10 of RP to the account, submit a support ticket to riot asking them to swap your main's summoner name with this 3 letter name. Wait a few days, and they'll deduce 1300 RP from both the accounts and switch the names.

Or if you really want, you can just keep the name on the account itself and play on it. The account is only level 6, but you'll get the username, password, as well as the email it was registered on (the email itself, which doesn't have a phone number or anything else tied to it. I literally made the email to register the name after a name purge). As an added bonus, I'll throw in Tristana as well as a surprise skin! (surprise, it's Riot Girl Tristana).



Taking offers. Some dude in diamond added me on the account and offered $100 of RP, but he lost like 8 ranked games in a row and I think he rage quit league. Definitely looking for over $100 though.

EDIT: Confirmed this works via a Riot employee. I submitted a ticket on my main account, switching my main's name with a different account. This is the form you fill out AND it only charges the RP once:
