Ever feel like youve wasted 2 much time on rs?

Random thread ik but was just thinking the other day how scary it would be to see the total number of hours I have spent playing runescape lol. Anyone else ever feel the same way? I'm sure with the hours I spent playing RS I could have become pro at something else had I put the time to that

Lol yeah I have wasted a lot of time on this game, but I have also made a lot of bank doing so. So in the end it may be worth it.

 

I think of it like this if i'm playing runescape in my spare time i'm not going out and spending between £50-£80 pound on a night out twice a week so it's saving me money which is a good thing right?

 

Haven't been playing long on oldschool, but I do put in a lot of hours. I enjoy playing so I wouldn't call it a waste.

 

I've got about 600days played on my main,not counting the hours on 07. But i don't feel like i've wasted it because time you enjoy spending isn't wasted time

 

Had over 300 days on my main account made back in 2005 I'd take those 300 days back and put them into something more productive if I could

 

I don't regret spending countless hrs on rs but i do feel bad after a certain point i could not go ahead as i was a free user who finished all the given quest.

 

I don't regret the money I've made one bit. Plus what else are you supposed to do when your a kid?

 

Be out with friends and enjoy it. The first 18 years of your life are the best after that it goes to shit with everything.

 

Regret having fun? Sounds like someone here's logical as fuck.

 

I started playing when i was in elementary school and thinking back I do regret it because I did ditch my friends to stay home to play at times but I still had fun.

 

I've played for 10 years - pretty consistently, no long breaks. My play times around 200 days not including my time in 07.

I don't regret it. I've had TONS of great memories and only a few sour ones.

 

Yea but are you seriously hanging out with your friends 24/7? Imo up until Highschool you can do whatever you want and it's not much of a problem. (Except drugs, alcohol and cigerattes obviously)

 

Damn tbh didn't expect this many relies haha. Ya don't get me wrong I love runescape but if I put these same hours to something more preductive then I could be a world famous dart player or nasxaeer driver or the next Micheal phelps

 

Yeah I honestly have spent way too much time on the game..

 

Wish I had the drive to become a nasxaeer driver...

 

I regret all the hours I spent on the game, when I was younger all I wanted to do was play Runescape, I wish I could turn back time >.<, though I have made money from the game.
