Terms of Agreement when Purchasing something:
1.If purchase is never received your order will be canceled
2.Money is sent after we come to an agreement on price BEFORE I start
3.NO REFUNDS (unless the situation in #7)
4.I will only provide minor changes if you do not like what you receive due to the time it takes to render and change
5.There will be no guarantee of finish date it is only an estimate
6.Failure to not send payment or full payment will result in cancelation of your purchase
7.If I'm very busy or your cannot be done, money will be refunded in full
8.You have seen and agreed to the important information about non-paypal purchases and the 25% increase price (read more in section)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT Non-Paypal Payments-
I will be charging a 25% increase in price of non-paypal purchases. Example- A $20 order paid with runescape gold will be changed to $25! This is due to the fact that I will either have to use it myself or try to sell it to someone else. I highly prefer being paid in paypal.
