Let's be honest, if you'd lose $2k then you'd do the same. Atleast I would.

 

I would make a report and wait until staff came to a decision. Sitting there making threads and getting upset and everyone who has a counter opinion is not something I'd do. Yes I would be upset. I would be angry as well. But honestly if he would've followed simple trading practices like require a private message before each trade like we're told to. This could have been avoided or he would've have a more recent private message then a month ago. Bottom line is nothing can be done until staff makes a decision and he needs to be patient because his money isn't coming back until staff makes a decision and even then maybe not. Making threads and accusing isn't solving anything but making forum drama.

Some of the Sythe users FEED OFF forum drama

 

Saying "I won't refund him" isn't "handling a situation fine".

Showing no remorse for someone being scammed because of YOUR fault and negligence isn't "fine".

Trying to get pity by others by typing bullshit like "oh wowe me i've been thrown into a den filled with wolves" trying to make people sorry for you isn't "handling a situation fine"

Telling people they're "trying to work with ooga" to try blackmail them into shutting the fuck up isn't "handling a situation fine" .

Literally the only people who have defended you are your skype friends, thus i really hope richard places the hammer on you.

 

I'm not new here, but starting drama about serious subjects isn't doing anything postive for the site.

welcome to sythe.. take a look into the archives and its pretty clear this sort of thing happens waaaay too often. cases that should have obv. outcomes being decided wrongly in favor of staff, etc. theres rarely a way around it so we sorta just have to deal with it in our own way if we wanna make use of the market

He wouldnt of paid back anyways, Fuck i got 6 months for pissing off a admin and you guys let this shit slide? How is he even staff at this moment? look back a couple years ago with cskiff or cosrobs issue with stui. He handled the situation horribly and lost his rank because of it. There not the exact same but extreme similarities

He did request a pm, which is used to verify that the skype is owned to the legitimate person.

There's negligence on both parts but yet only one seems to have paid the price.

 

Common practise has always been that the scam report needs a PM for that trade because of how shit Skype and its support team are.
