Best possible staker?

Maxed stats in my opinion

 

99 HP, 99 Str. 1 Everything else. Dat obby maul doe.

 

Sadly this is the case :/

 

i dont think people stake with these stats, only pk >.>

 

92 str is the max hit for whip, should i stay at 92 or get 99 still?

 

mage box, so get high magic and defence and hp

 

Theres another whip max at 96 and a dds max at 97, personally I'd go with 97 str so I'm not limited to just whipping and can stake as many people as possible.

 

how about defense/attack levels?

 

Those don't matter as much as your just comparing it to the opponent. I'd say 90+ atk/def if your going with 97 str.
