arc_saber you can't adopt pets if your account is under 4 months.

Unfortunately no. The starter BD is just at 3.5 boost. But as @SmokingOut has pointed out you cannot adopt painted pets until your account has aged a bit.

 

I don't know if you guys are talking about my account age on forums or on Neopets. I have multiple accounts on Neopets, many of which are aged.
