Any particular event or win that stood out for you?

• Scotland blasted past their previous record of 33 medals
• England won for the first time in 28 years
• I really enjoyed the men's road race this morning where Kennaugh from the Isle of Man lead from the start for two thirds of the race by a minute at one point
• Scottish athletes looked very promising in the gymnastics, will be interesting to see what happens in Rio with that
• England's FOURTEEN year old Matthew Dixon made it to the men's diving finals and finished 8th
• England losing the women's netball by one goal scored with 1 second left on the clock was so intense
• Usain Bolt in the 4x100m relay was phenomenal, he cruised past everyone like it was nothing

I was watching Jennifer Abel a Canadian diver, I actually know her in real life we went to the same high school.

She did well got 2 silver medals and 1 gold for Canada.

I would have liked to watch more but the broadcasting for these games is horrible.
