    Requesting a refund, do i have any right?

    Basically i've got someone on this site working on "power-leveling" my hunter from level 16-80. They've had access to the account for over 2 weeks now and I'm only currently level 46 (i leveled 36-45 myself because i was becoming impatient) and i don't honestly feel like they're even remotely making an effort to get the job done. They haven't messed with any of my items or account but I've continually had to request they play with chat off and stop talking to my friends ( he keeps talking crap to my friend saying he wants to get with this sister and random, very unprofessional things like that). I sent the payment, in full, ahead of time and i was originally quoted the job would take about a week, and as i said it'd been 2 weeks and I'm not even remotely close to the level i requested, and at this rate it's probably going to take a year I'd guess. At this point I'm wanting to request that we cancel the service and i pay only for the levels i've received, but as i said it's tricky because i already paid in full and honestly I'm worried about making said person angry, not receiving my money back, or something happening to my account...
    I'm not too sure what to do at this point as i obviously don't want to pay full price to receive roughly 10k experience... But at this point i've realized I'm better off just doing it myself, as i would've been done long ago with that goal, and i want to move on to actually playing my account again, not paying for membership for some guy to get on a catch 3 kebbits and log off for the rest of the day.
    So in short: Will sythe support me on this? I feel this is pretty much the same as flat out not receiving a service i paid for.

    If he broke the service agreement, which it sounds like he did, as you agreed it would be completed in 1 week and its been 2. Then you deserve a refund.

    Seems like a refund is justifiable. He has not followed through with the service you agreed to pay for.

    Thanks guys, i went ahead and changed my password and sent him a pretty lengthy statement on skype explaining that I'd like to terminate the service and why, We'll see how it goes.

    If he won't refund/says you don't deserve one make sure to report him.

    I second this.

    this sounds like a clear cut case. I would state who that user was as well -- no one should be using someone that PMs your friends like that for anything.
