Buying OSRS Account From TRUSTED Member

Title says it all. I'm looking to buy a really awesome 07 pure or main account.
You absolutely MUST be trusted, with vouches, able to verify your identity and provide necessary account information.

I bought a really awesome 07 pure a while back for nearly $300 through Player Auctions (with 1yr insurance) and it was recovered
after I put a few months of hard work into it and insurance was not honored. I don't want your crazy cheap, too-good-to-be-true account.
I want an account from a member who has been around Sythe for a while with a relatively high post count and vouches. I am more than willing to go first for a TRUSTED member.
We can go through PayPal or Player Auctions. I don't mind paying in either RS3 or 07 GP or going through a TRUSTED middleman.

I don't particularly mind botted accounts. MOSTLY I don't want an account that means a lot to you that you would be tempted to recover later on.
