Ban dispute - unfair treatment.

Hi,

I'm going to be honest here. I'm completely clueless about the entire situation.

When I first wanted to join sythe, I was unable to create an account because someone else already had a banned account on my IP address. I posted a thread about it, and a moderator instantly cleared up the issue and created an account for me.

Now what I don't understand is that I get banned for the exact same thing now? If it wasn't allowed for me to create an account, why didn't the moderator who allowed me to create one just tell me that? Now I went from being on sythe for months without problems to suddenly getting banned. I get offered no chance to defend myself or anything.

So am I right in thinking that my account was just a timebomb from the start? If you ever have a banned person on the same IP you go on, even if it's only once, you will never be able to be on sythe?

I'd like a moderator to at least explain why it's ok at first, but then suddenly not ok.

this person just claims I am the same person because why? I am not sure how to check IP information, so I cant even defend myself. Also I was just instantly banned without my side being heard.

 

Staff are people. We make mistakes.
