Wrongful ban evasion ban

Hello Sythe Community, moderators, and Admin,

Thank you for taking the time to read the dispute I'm filing.

My account Youngwitty was wrongfully banned for "Ban evasion" I do not blame the moderator who banned me as I advertised my site:

In the past I had a moderator create a post who was literally demodded within 24 hrs. The confusion in my banning lies in the fact that we were both advertising Runechat (my site.)

I'd also like to mention the individual responsible for my ban knew that the original poster and myself were not the same person and intentionally used misinformation leading to my ban. Unfortunately I can not find the original posts that were similar however this was the cause for my ban.

I am not SplitMinds or Gutax. I am the co-owner of Runechat and a non-rulebreaker. I'm a business man and in fact WILL be advertising with Sythe.org next month.



I can dispel any other concerns that there may be and I look forward to having access back to my account.

Hello and thank you for reading Sythe Staff,

I was banned under the accusation of ban evasion. The confusion of why I was accused of ban evading is due to having a prior mod (who was demodded for scamming.) Posting information about how to join and enjoy Runechat.com. I was accused of being the same person and banned when I made my own thread as I am the true owner and manager of Runechat.

My account name is Youngwitty and I'm a legit business man and do not scam / ban evade. If you could look at I.P. addresses you'll clearly see they are not from the same regions and my ban is unjustified.

Also I'm in contact with Sythe about advertising next month and it is very likely I will be advertising. I'm a good guy, non rule breaker, and I would really appreciate any assistance staff can offer me. Hello Sythe staff,

Long story short I was banned for "Ban evasion" on my account Youngwitty. Because I posted a link about my site Runechat, well that was treated as if that was all the evidence needed to ban me because a prior mod (who was banned both by me and Sythe.) Had posted an advertisement for Runechat in the past. I would like to kindly request to be unbanned and I would like to thank you for your time and consideration.
